Cheques and advices can be produced either on-line or by printing cheques onto continuous cheque forms.
Each method is controlled extensively by Cashbook.
All cheques are recorded in the cheque register which is a hard copy of every cheque printed in the Cashbook.
Also, void and alignment cheques are not “lost” can also be posted with all live cheques into Cashbook.
There are two ways to produce cheque and advice forms:
