This Cashbook function is used to enter details of your Bank Account(s). Create as many banks as you require. Transaction entry, reconciliation and bank balances are separated by bank. There are six tabs on the bank form:
Address - address and phone numbers of bank
Bank - general defaults
Options - tax tracking, multi-currency, etc.
Accounts - bank, transfers and clearing accounts
Forms - cheque and receipt print forms
Security & Authorisations – Configure user security and authorisations on a per-bank basis to manage access and permissions for users handling batch authorisations.
RecXpress – Setup SFTP for RecXpress
