Cashbook has two types of Integrity Checks:
Database structure integrity
Data integrity
Sage 300cloud Database Setup runs the first type of Integrity Check. This checks that the structure and keys are all correct for databases.
The second type is done within Sage 300cloud System Manager and checks the data in the Database.
If you encounter any inconsistencies with your Cashbook data, you must run this function.
Batch totals, posted transaction totals and the Cashbook balances are checked.
The Cashbook integrity check should be run regularly to make sure you are not backing up corrupted data.
