Cashbook is open-ended, meaning it is not necessary to perform a month-end procedure.
Your Cashbook current (active) period is defined with a date range and these periods can be for as long as you require or according to the fiscal periods defined in the Sage 300cloudcloud Common Services Fiscal Calendar.
As soon as these dates are changed, new balances are recalculated immediately.
