Setup the description that will appear on your bank statement.

No. Segments	Select up to three segments for the description that will appear on your bank statement. The number of segments selected will determine how many fields are included in the description for your bank statement.
Segment 1	In the Segment 1 field select a field from the drop-down list to make up the first segment of your bank statement description.
Separator	In the Separator field select a separator from the drop-down list to determine the separator between Segment 1 and Segment 2.
Segment 2	In the Segment 2 field select a field from the drop-down list to make up the second segment of your bank statement description.
