Location

Select the destination and setup the SFTP connection accordingly:

  • Local

  • Sage Bank Feeds

  • SFTP with Password

Attempts to establish a connection using the provided settings to ensure the connection is working.

Host IP Address

IP Address or name of web site hosting the SFTP Server.

User

Login User Name

Enter the Password applied to the SFTP user. This is recommended to protect the file, but is optional

Private Key File Name

Full path and name of the private key file

Key Password

Enter the password used to create the key

Port

Defaults to 22 but can be configured to run on nearly any port

Retrieve from SFTP Directory

This directory is supplied by the bank or will be the directory setup on the clients server.

File Matching Pattern

Define a file matching pattern to filter and download specific files. For example, if you want to retrieve statements with the file name PNGG00.CDPACK. ****I000.D0.SQ320, you would make the matching pattern 'PNGG00.CDPACK'. Leaving it blank retrieves all files.

Retrieve To Directory

Specify the directory where retrieved files are temporarily stored while working. The option to select folders is available only in on-premise installations. The web version defaults to the Program Data folder (common shared directory).

Archive Statement

Choosing this option creates a copy of the file in your history folder, ensuring it's not the same as the retrieval directory.
