Peresoft Cashbook uses Crystal Reports for all report printing functions including all specification forms enabling you to modify and create specification forms to suit your company’s requirements.
For instructions on the installation and setup of Crystal Reports, please refer to the Getting Started section of your Crystal Reports User’s Manual.
If you are not familiar with the Crystal Reports package, we suggest that you spend some time working with the program and getting a general knowledge of its functions or running through the provided tutorial, before you begin to modify any of the Cashbook reports.
Please ensure that you have made a backup of your report files before making any modifications.
All the Peresoft Cashbook reports are installed to the sub directory \Eng (or language directory according to the user language setup in the User Maintenance function) in the ..\Sage 300\Cb??a directory in a sub directory classified by language. For example, all English reports can be found in ..\Sage 300\Cb??a\Eng.
The file extension for all reports created in Crystal Reports is RPT.
