Conversion

To prepare Cashbook 5.6A, 6.0A, 2012 (6.1A), 2014 (6.2A), 2016 (6.3A), 2017 (6.4A), 2018 (6.5A), 2019 (6.6A), 2020 (6.7A), 2021 (6.8A), 2022 (6.9A), 2023 (7.0A), 2024 (7.1A), and 2025 (7.2A) data for conversion:

Note: If you are upgrading from a version earlier than Cashbook 5.6A you must first upgrade your Cashbook to version 5.6A before upgrading to version 2023 (7.0A).

  1. Print and clear the EFT Bank Audit. (Only required for version 2014 (6.2A) and earlier versions)

  2. Print the Cashbook and Bank Reconciliation Analysis Reports. You will need these reports to verify Cashbook and Bank balances after conversion.

  3. Make a backup copy of your Sage 300cloud and Cashbook data.

  4. Activate Cashbook 2023 (7.0A) in Sage 300 version 2023 (7.0A) Administrative Services Data Activation.
