When a transaction is reconciled in full and cleared from the Cashbook it can either be cleared completely or placed in the Cashbook History file which can be used for enquiries and analysis.
The amount of transactions kept in the History file depends on the date you enter to clear in Clear Reconciled Transactions.
You will be able to display these history transactions in the Bank Reconciliation when you click the Display History icon.
You are also able to print the history.
