Distribution SetsTraining Video

Cashbook allows you to set up Distribution Sets.

A Distribution Code will attach different source codes to make up your distribution set.

For example, you could have a distribution set called RENT, everything pertaining to Rent - water/electricity, rates and taxes, parking etc. will be differentiated by their own Source Code.

Each of these Source Codes can be added to your Rent Distribution Set thereby facilitating quicker, more comprehensive transaction distribution at entry time.

You define the Distribution Codes you require and attach a meaningful description.

You then enter into your table the Source Code, default description, account, default purchases tax class, default purchases tax inclusive, default sales tax class, default sales tax inclusive, amount and comments.

These can be quickly and easily modified if required.
