The second type is done within Sage 300cloud System Manager and checks the data in the Database.
If you encounter any inconsistencies with your Cashbook data you must run this function - Check Data Integrity.
You can also run this integrity check before you backup your data.
If there were any errors found these can be printed to an error report.
The program gives you this print option.
If the check is clean, you will be returned to the program.
If you have a system crash whilst posting, when Cashbook is restarted, if any corruption is found to exist, Cashbook will ask you to run the Check Data Integrity function.
You will not be able to continue unless you perform this function.
