Bank Code

Enter a 12-character (or less) bank code. You should ensure that all bank codes used should be the same length.

Bank Name

You can type in a new Bank name or accept the name that displays. You cannot leave this field blank.

If the bank code exists and you are modifying the bank details, you can choose any Tab Separator option and proceed with modifications. If entering for the first time, click on the Bank Address field or press Tab to access.

Bank Address

Type in the bank address details such as address, postal code, telephone numbers, fax number, contact name and any additional information you may require.

Inactive

Inactive Bank Option - Option to set the bank as inactive in Bank Services to not print on the bank summary report and prevent batch entries or reconciliation.
